Jennifer McClure
Jennifer comes to us with a pretty diverse background. She is a former labor and delivery nurse turned homeschool mom, turned health, fitness and lifestyle coach….and she loves to write about it all. When she and her husband, Freddie, adopted their 2 daughters (now adults), she promised The Lord to raise them to know, follow and love him. She says she learned pretty quickly that to actually do that well, she would have to learn from scratch. Though she was raised by loving parents, it was not a Christian home and she had no reference as to what “following Jesus” as a family looked like. Through her own journey over the past 23 years, she has developed a passion for the family as God intended it to be, and intentional, purposeful motherhood. Motherhood, and discipling her daughters and other young women to this very day, is her primary ministry.

Ashley Goodwin
Ashley Goodwin is a passionately devoted wife and mother to five incredible children. She would tell you that she has been blessed beyond measure; although unaware early on, she can undeniably look back and see the Creator’s extraordinarily purposeful plan for her life. Ashley was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Furman University and continued her education at the London School of Economics. While there, God abruptly altered Ashley’s plans and rearranged her future to align with His. She left Graduate school, came back to the States and immediately met and married the love of her life, Matt, an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps. Moving to Southern California, Ashley became the Special Events Director for The Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel. While there, she cultivated her love for entertaining and hospitality along the beautiful shores of the Pacific Ocean. Upon moving back to Atlanta at the end of Matt’s commission, Ashley expanded her event management talents and worked for both profit and non-profit organizations, including the Northwestern Mutual and Camp Twin Lakes, respectively. Ashley retired when she became pregnant with her first child and in so doing, assumed her greatest promotion, first as Mother, then as Homemaker and eventually Educator. For over two decades, Ashley has solely
committed herself to her family and homeschooling her five children, effectively teaching them to embrace a Biblical world view. Today, Ashley and her husband, Matt, reside in Atlanta, Georgia and have been married for over 25 years. They have two sons and three daughters. She enjoys entertaining, spending time in the Word, being outdoors and most of all nurturing her family. Ashley remains exclusively focused on attaining her God-given directive to “raise up children with hearts equipped for ETERNITY.”
